OVERVIEW
You can configure Clientexec to send out Email using your SMTP2GO Account.
NOTE: Clientexec screenshots used are from Clientexec 6.7.1
Before you start, you will need:
- An Active SMTP2GO account
If you don't have one yet, you can signup at: https://www.smtp2go.com/pricing/ - Installed and Working Clientexec installation
If you don't have one of those yet either, you can signup for a Free Trial at:

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Login to your Clientexec Admin Portal
(Example screenshot shows Google reCAPTCHA Enabled)
STEP 2
On the Top Menu, Select Settings
STEP 3
Under Company, Select Mail Configuration
STEP 4
On the Mail Configuration page, Enter:
Mail Type: SMTP
SMTP Host: mail.smtp2go.com
SMTP Username: Your SMTP2GO Username
SMTP Password: Your SMTP2GO Password
SMTP Port: 2525
Override From: This is optional if you want the FROM Email to be different.
Ignore Invalid Mail Server SSL: No
STEP 5
Scroll to the bottom, and Click on Update Settings
Then click on Test Configuration
STEP 6
If all is successful, you should see:

Login to your SMTP2GO Account
STEP 8
On the Left side, Select Activity
Depending on how many times you clicked on Test Configuration in STEP 5, you will see an entry or entries to email-test@clientexec.com.
If you saw the entries above, your Clientexec installation in now successfully configured for SMTP2GO.
