To find the status of the server your account is on, 1st Login to your account.
From the Support dropdown menu, select "Network Status"
The News & Information page will show your any Problems or Scheduled Service with the network.
In the screen below, we see a server scheduled for an O/S Upgrade on August 30th, 2020.
Usually Scheduled Service are posted 5-7 days in advance, if possible.
At the bottom you see the current Server Status.
