SSH is locked down for security reasons on all other shared hosting plans.

The other web hosting plans do support uploading scripts (e.g. Zen Cart) to the server and setting permission via FTP client.

If you need something done that requires shell access, a support ticket can be opened for the SysOp's to review.
And if allowed, it will be completed for you.
